Project begins after payment is made and you receive a confirmation email.

We offer 7 days of technical support starting with the date when the files were delivered.

Slice & Go makes all efforts to deliver the files within the specified time frame and without errors. We can not accept any responsibility for any kind of loses due to file delivery delays, malfunctions of pages, incorrect handling or modifications of the files.

If you find errors in the files sent by us, or some aspects of our work are not as mentioned, please contact us and we will fix the problems in the shortest time possible without any additional fees.

You can get a refund if you cancel an order before we begin working on your project. You can get a refund if we don't deliver the files in the stated time frame. You can get a refund if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work. You have 3 days from the time we send you the final files to request a refund. We reserve the right to deny some refund requests if we have strong reasons to believe the requests are unfounded.

We reserve the right to use samples of code, images, layouts for self promotion, unless otherwise agreed.
